Directions:  
Drain water from can of chicken. Soften 1/2 brick of cream cheese and add to chicken. Add Ranch Dressing and as much hot sauce as you want to taste. Mix well. Store in fridge. Total serving size varies.
Note: Can add shredded cheese also but this just adds to the calories!!
