Description: Buffalo chicken with bleu cheese and cabbage in egg roll wrapper. Baked. Just over 100cal each!

Directions:

Cook and shred chicken breast

Preheat oven to 400 and spray cookie sheet with non stick cooking spray or play wire rack on cookie sheet

Mix shredded chicken with Franks Red Hot to taste.

lay out egg roll wrappers & place 2 Tbs coleslaw mix diagonally down the middle of each wrapper, 2 Tbs chicken, and 1 Tbs Blue cheese.

Fold up side of wrapper around filling, then ends, roll over and fold up other side and use damp finger to seal.

Place on cookie sheet, spray them lightly with non-stick cooking spray and bake for 15 mins or until crisp golden brown.
