Ingredients:  Makes 10 servings (2-1/2 cups)
20  ounces
2  tablespoons
1/2  cup
1/4  cup
1/4  cup
1/2  teaspoon
1/2  teaspoon
1/2  teaspoon
2  tablespoons
2  tablespoons
1  ounce
1  cup
1  cup

Heat large skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat. Add turkey and break up into small chunks, cook 5 minutes.
Add carrots, celery, onion and powdered seasonings, cook additional 7 minutes.
Stir in the vinegar, brown sugar, tomato sauce, chicken broth and buffalo sauce. Simmer for a few minutes.
Pile 1/4 cup of mixture onto hamburger bun and top with blue cheese, if desired.
