Directions:  
1)Cut squash in half, scoop out seeds, and bake at 400 degrees for 40 -50 minutes
2) Cook rice according to package directions. Add 1 tsp sea salt to rice
3) Keep rice over low heat and add beef broth
4) Mash squash and add to rice
5) Add all spices and stir well
6) add Parmesean cheese and stir well
