Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking dish.

Cut and peel squash into 1-inch cubes and place squash in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, tossing to coat evenly.

Bake for 45 minutes or until squash begins to brown . Stir occasionally. Transfer to a serving dish when done.

Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat, until butter turns a but brown. This should take 4 minutes.

Pour over squash and toss. Then sprinkle with nutmeg.
