3/4 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cup sifted flour
3 cup chicken broth
3 cup milk
8 chicken bouillon cube
2 teaspoon salt (optional)
3/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 cup minced pimiento (optional)
4 cups bite-size pieces cooked chicken or turkey meat
2 (8-ounce box) or 4 cups uncooked thin noodles cooked by package directions and drained.

2 cup soft white bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 F. Melt butter in large saucepan over moderate heat and blend in flour: slowly stir in broth and milk, add bouillon cube, salt, and white pepper, and heat, stirring, until mixture thickens. Off heat, mix in all remaining ingredients except topping. Spoon into a 3
quart casserole dish sprayed with a no-stick cooking spray, sprinkle with topping and spray topping with no-stick cooking spray, and bake uncovered 1/2 hour.
