2		SCALLIONS,s SLICED
2  tablespoons		OLIVE OIL
1  teaspoon		Crushed Red Pepper Flakes

REMOVE FROM PAN & PLACE ON PAPER TOWEL TO ABSORB EXTRA OIL. TRANSFER SCALLION, GARLIC & PEPPER TO PAN & COOK UNTIL GARLIC GOLDEN (DO NOT BURN GARLIC, WILL BECOME BITTER). ADD SCALLOPS BACK TO PAN & TOSS. SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
