Preheat oven to 450.

Cut cabbage into 8 wedges. Remove any outside bad leaves. Do not remove core or it will fall apart. Soak in water to wash and drain for awhile.

Place parchment over sheet pan. Place cabbage wedges on pan in single layer.

Spray with olive oil spray. Sprinkle with fine pink salt and freshly ground pepper. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Do this on both sides.

Bake for 15 minutes. Turn over and bake 10 minutes on the other side.
