Cut bread slices horizontally. Brush uncut sides halves with oil. Layer bottom halves of bread with tomato slices, cheese, and basil leaves. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and drizzle with vinegar. Cover with top half of bread.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for about 10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
