Mix the egg, canola oil, honey and water in a mixing bowl.

Add the 2cups of Arrowhead cornbread mix.

Pour into a greased 8" baking dish and bake for 25 - 30 minutes until done.
For Stuffing

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

Pour oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.

Add the onions and celery and cook, stirring, for about 10 minutes, or until the onions are soft and caramelized.

Place the onions and celery in a mixing bowl.

Add sage to the mixture.

Add the cornbread pieces, season well with salt and pepper, and give it a good toss until it's well combined.

Pour the stock on the stuffing

Stir the stuffing together and spoon it into a buttered baking dish and put it in the oven. Bake until hot and crusty on top, about 30 minutes.
