Cook pasta in boiling water 7 minutes; add vegetables, and cook 2 minutes or until pasta is done and vegetables are tender.

Arrange bacon on a microwave-safe plate, and cover with paper towels. Microwave at HIGH 3 minutes or until done; drain and crumble bacon.

Place flour in a saucepan, gradually add broth and milk, stirring with a whisk until blended. Cook over medium heat, until thickened and bubbly, stirring constantly. Stir in cheese, salt, and black pepper.

Combine pasta mixture and sauce mixture, toss to combine. Top with crumbled bacon.
