Carne Asada Tortas

1		clove garlic, finely chopped
1  lb.		top round
1  teaspoon		Garlic salt, to taste
1  teaspoon		Pepper, to taste
1  teaspoon		Canola oil
4		rolls
2		tomatoes,s sliced
1  cup		onion, sliced
1/2		head of lettuce
1/2		avacado

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Season meat with garlic salt and pepper; cook to desired doneness on a grill or in a frying pan with a little oil.

Slice each telera roll in half horizontally. Place torta halves on cookie sheet and heat in oven until crisp. Remove from oven.

Place carne asada on roll. Add tomatoes, onion and lettuce. Place avocado slices on the other half of each roll. Close halves and serve.
