Directions:  
Cut Spaghetti Squash in half and boil in salted water for 17 minutes.
While squash is boiling make the marinara sauce.
Saute white onion in a bit of butter.
Add the garlic and saute a few minutes.
Add the tomatoes, salt and pepper, parmesan, basil and red wine and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Shred the flesh of the spaghetti squash with a fork.
Add a bit of butter to a large pan and add all vegetables in the squash and saute for 5-10 minutes.
But into a 9 x 9 baking dish and cover with marinara sauce then grated mozza.
Bake for 10 minutes at 350.
