Preheat oven 350 as that comes to temp. you have plenty of time to put this together.
Mix in a sm. bowl, riccota cheese and cottage cheese , add 1 tsp almond or vanilla extract and 2 packs of splenda. Set Aside.
Open the flatbread with the back of a spoon spread the cheese mixture all over one side of the flat bread.
Have a cookie sheet on hand - spray with pam and set the
flatbread on the cookie sheet bake 10 min.
Take it out set it on a plate - and tri-fold it - as in R over the middle, then L folded over. sprinkel with powder suger, then the almonds.
EASY & delicious - Cal count 232. You can play around with this using maple syrup and walnuts, adding sliced strawberries, blueberries baked inside - Yum.
