Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and prepare a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Boil water in a large pot, then add grits. Reduce heat and stir until grits thicken.

When grits are done cooking, crack in eggs, then stir in margarine and cheese. Mix until cheese has melted and then pour mixture into the baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
