Directions:  
Boil the egg, cool and then dice
Dice the cheddar cheese and Ham
Wash and tear lettuce and place in a bowl
Wash tomatos, dice and place in the bowl with the lettuce
Wash spinach and pick off stems, please in bowl with the lettuce.
Toss.
Add all other ingredients and toss again.
