Saute chopped onion & garlic, in heated olive oil & butter.

Add diced chicken. Cook until chicken pieces turn white (2 min).

Add chicken broth. Bring to boil. Let chicken cook thoroughly ( 2 min).

Remove chicken from mixture, set aside.

Cook down chicken broth to a nice sauce consistency.

Slowly stir in half & half, bring to a gentle boil, cook down to creamy.

Add chicken mixture & drained artichokes into cream sauce.

Remove from heat. Stir in frozen peas.

Once peas have thawed & mixture cools stir in cheese.
