Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange chicken chunks in a single layer on a microwave safe plate. Microwave, uncovered, on high power for 1 minute; chicken will not be heated through but will be softened enough to allow skewers to be inserted easily.

Cut each biscuit in half with a kitchen knife or scissors. Aternately place chicken, buscuits halves, zucchini on skewers leaving about 1/4 inch of space between pieces. Place skewers on an ungreased baking sheet and bake about 10 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and chicken is heated through.

Meanwhile whisk together melted butter and honey. Drizzle some of the mixture over kabobs and use remainder for dipping.
