Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Beat egg in large bowl.
Coat each chicken breast with egg.
Season each coated breast with Lawry's, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Melt butter.
Pour melted butter, chopped onion, and chopped celery into the bottom of baking dish.
Use a separate large bowl to coat seasoned chicken breasts with bread crumbs.
Place each seasoned bread crumb coated breast in the baking dish on top of the celery and onion.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes in 375 degree oven.
Remove pan. Pour 2 large cans of tomatoes over chicken breasts.
Sprinkle 1 Tablespoon of thyme, sage, and oregano on top of tomatoes.
Bake an additional 30 minutes uncovered.
Serve over rice.
