Cut ham into small cubes and set aside

Cut chicken thighs into bite size pieces and saute in the olive oil, working in small batches.

Place chicken in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle the ham on top and arrange the cheese slices to cover the meat.
