In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium high heat
Add chicken and cook until darkly browned on all sides, about 5 to 7 minutes

Stir in tomatoes, mustard, cayenne, cumin, turmeric, curry powder, salt, cloves and coconut milk until blended
Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked through and juices reduce down slightly.
Serve over hot rice, garnished with cilantro.
