Directions:  
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Heat a large nonstick skillet and spray with cooking spray. Add chicken to pan and cook until lightly brown on one side then turn over and brown on other side. Remove chicken from pan and set aside. Add onion, garlic and the rest of the vegetables to the pan and cook for a few minutes adding water to the pan if needed. Cook until onion is soft, about 3 - 5 minutes. Mix starch with water and add to pan. If more liquid is needed, add more water. Put the chicken along with spices into the pan and stir well. Add yogurt. Add water as needed (less if you would like it thicker, more if you would like it thinner), lower heat and simmer until chicken is cooked through. Before serving, stir in splenda and season to taste with salt and pepper.
