Directions:  
simmer the chicken, broth, sazon, cumin and taco seasoning until the chicken starts to shred. divide the cooked chicken, black beans and 1/2 the cheese evenly over the tortillas. roll as tightly as possible and place in a baking dish. pour the tamale sauce over the tortillas and top with remaining cheese. bake at 350º until the cheese is completely melted. garnish with sour cream and black olives.
