Cut chicken breasts into at least 4 strips each
Mix together mayo, milk, and all seasonings
Put in a bag with chicken and marinate for 30 minutes
Pour some bread crumbs into a bowl.
Remove chicken from bag and dip into bread crumbs coating completely.
Place on pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
Can dip into ranch dressing if desired.
