Description: Bisquick dipped chicken strips.
Ingredients:  Makes 4 servings (8 pieces)
2/3  cup
1/8  cup
1/2  teaspoon
1/2  teaspoon
1/4  cup
3  tablespoons

Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
Line cookie sheet with foil and spray with Pam.
In 1 gallon plastic bag mix together dry ingredients.
Dip chicken in egg substitute. Then put chicken into gallon bag, seal it closed, then shake the bag until chicken is well coated.
Take chicken out of bag and place on cookie sheet.
Drizzle butter on top of strips and then place cookie sheet into oven and bake for 14 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
