Description: Chicken Breast - egg batter dipped and sauteen in olive oil with crush garlic. Over Angel hair pasta with asparagas spears

Directions:  
In pan saute crushed garlic with 4 tbsp olive oil
Tenderize 6 oz chicken breast
dip in 1 large egg beaten
Place chicken in pan with garlic & olive oil
add asparagas and saute together
when complete squeeze 1/2 lemon juice over filet
remove chicken and pour excess oil etc away
serve with 1 cup angel hair pasta
and 3 sauteed asparagas
