Directions:  
Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion and red pepper. Saute for 3-5 minutes, or until onion softens. Add egg stirring frequently. Cook for 2-4 minutes or until egg scrambles. Add soy sauce, hot sauce, rice and diced chicken. Stir and cook about 3 minutes more, until dish is well blended and evenly heated.
