Combine first 4 ingredients in glass cup. Whisk until blended.

Combine breadcrumbs, cheese and garlic powder in shallow dish; stir well. Dredge chicken in mixture. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet. Add chicken, cool 4 min or until done.

Microwave wine mixture on HIGH 30 sec. to thicken. Arrange chicken over pasta, top with sauce.
