Directions:  
Boil chicken breasts in 6 cups water adding pieces of onion, celery stalks with leaves, and carrot, plus 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. When done, remove breasts and drain/reserve broth. Discard veggies.
Measure and return reserved broth to pot adding enough water to equal 12 cups total. Add chopped onion, celery and remaining seasonings. Chop cooked chicken and add to pot. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Add noodles and cook 10 minutes longer. Serve.
