Directions:  
heat oven to a broil.
put italian seasonings, garlic powder, and onion powder with shredded parmesan cheese in a shallow dish. and "bread" chicken, press to adhere to chicken.
heat oil in nonstick pan on medium-high. place all 4 breasts in pan n cook for 8 mins on each side.
take chicken out of pan and place in baking dish. add mozzarella cheese and shaved parmesan to top of breasts.
place in oven for 10 mins- or until cheese is golden brown
SAUCE:
put sauce in small sauce pan. heat on medium until hot.
