Chicken Pasta

2  cups		brocolli pieces
2		carrots sliced
1  cup		onions chopped
1-1/2  cups		shredded cheddar cheese
1/2  cup		2% milk
4  tablespoons		tbs margarine
1  teaspoon		dried basil
2		chicken breasts
1  tablespoon		Natural Oils Extra Virgin Olive Oil
125  grams		No Yolks extra broad noodles
1  teaspoon		Corn Starch

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Heat olive oil in large pan. Thinly slice up chicken breasts, add to pan over med high heat. Stir fry for 5 min, add basil. Slice carrots into strips and add them and onions to chicken. Stir and put cover on pan till carrots are almost tender. Add the brocolli and steam until tender.
In another small pan, melt the marg, add cheese and milk with the cornstarch, stir together till bubbly. Add pasta and chese mixture with the chicken mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.
