Directions:  
Cook all ingredients except potatoes in a large pan (note it should be a vegetable stock cube - not beef)
Whilst these are cooking, boil or steam potatoes for 20 minutes.
Slice Potatoes
Poor mixture into large casserole and top with sliced potatoes.
Cook at 180 for 20-30 mins
