Directions:

Brown flour by stiring in a pot until lightly brown, set aside to cool.

Cut onion and green pepper into small chunks.

Saute chicken (cut into chunks) with sodium free chicken boullion.

Saute onion, green pepper and garlic with chicken.

Add sausage, cook till done.

Mix flour with water to make paste (looser than toothpaste consistancy).

Add paste to gumbo.

Add water until gumbo has the consistancy you want.

Serve over rice.
