Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch long pieces. Cook in oil and garlic until white. In separate bowl, melt butter. Add oregano, basil, parsley and salt to the butter. Pour over chicken. Add lemon juice. Cook 5-10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
