Directions:  
Put 1TB of oil in the bottom of the slow cooker. Trim chicken of all fat and add to slow cooker. Add the second TB of oil to chicken. Put lemon juice over the chicken. Mix all spices in a bowl with 1 cup of water and pour over chicken. Add 1 cup of chicken broth to the slow cooker. Add water to cover the chicken. Shred chicken when done.
