Directions:

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a large skillet over med. high heat

Add chicken and garlic.

stir fry 3 minutes or until chicken turns white

add remaining oil, pepper, snow peas, cashews, green onion

stir fry for 1 minute
6)mix soy sauce cornstarch chicken broth and ginger in a bowl and pour it in and mix it

bring it to a bowl and let it thicken
