Directions:

Put chicken thighs, carrots, celery and onion in dutch oven with 6 cups of water. Bring to boil then simmer for 2 hours.

Remove chicken, watr from stove and put thru strainer. Reserve broth.

Take chicken off bones and put carrot, onion and celery pieces in separate container and set aside.

Put broth back on stove and bring to a boil. Put 1/2 cup of the bisquick into boiling liquid and stir until all lumps have completely dissolved.

Put chicken and vegetables back into liquid (which will now be thicker like a stew)

Use bisquick and eggs to make dumpling mixture. Stir together 2 eggs, 2 cups of bisquick and 2 tablespoons milk.

Take this dumpling mixture and drop onto stew. Let cook for 10 minutes uncovered. Then cover pot and cook and additional 15 mins.
