2  tablespoons
1  tablespoon
1  tablespoon
2  teaspoons

For meatballs, place turkey in bowl and add onions, chili, ginger, seasoning and corn. Mix with hands.
Divide mixture into 16 portions and roll into balls. Bring a pan of water to boil. Put the meatballs on a sheet of parchment in a steamer, set over water, cover, and steam for 10 to 12 minutes.
To make the sauce, pour stock and pineapple cubes and juice into a pan, bring to a boil. Add carrots and bell pepper, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in the remaining ingredients and heat through, stirring, until thickened. Season and set aside until needed.
Drain meatballs and transfer to a serving plate. Garnish and serve with rice and sauce.
