Directions:  
1 Skin chicken .coat in seasond flour.Heat oil in a large non-stick pan.saute till golden . remove chicken to a plate and set a side.
2)Add onions and garlic to pan abn sault for 5 mins . Stir in paprika and half the stock .Transfer to blender and bluntil well mixed.
3) Return chicken to pan .Bring to the boil,then reduce heat cover and simmer for 20 mins.Add remaning stock d simmer for a further 10 mins .
40Remove chicken to a warmed serving plate keep hot . Stir yoghurt into the sauce and heat gently for 5 mins or until hot do not alloe sauce to boil
taste and adjust seasoning.
5) pour sauce over chicking sprinkle prika over and serve with boiled potatoes and cooked veg
