Directions:

pound chicken breasts flat (inside plastic bag with a rolling pin

salt and pepper chicken

sear in hot pan with olive oil (just enough to seal)

combine bread crumbs and parmesan cheese
5
dredge seared chicken in the bread & cheese mixture

bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes
7 (optional) make a tomato sauce to place in bottom of pan before putting the chicken in. bake the same amount of time.
