cut pork chunks from lg roast (no bigger then 1/2 dollar in size)

in wok (or lg skillet) brown pork roast chunks
3
while cooking pork boil jalapenos and chilis 10 mins till soft.

if using fresh tomatillos boil them as well
5
blend water, tomatillos, jalapenos, peppers with full blender
6
pour blended ingredients into cooked pork on wok
7
simmer 45 minutes stirring occasionally
8
add flour if desired to thicken sauce
