Cut chicken into strips

Slice bell peppers into strips

Cut broccoli into bite size pieces

Open and drain sliced water chestnuts

Heat 1 tbsp canola oil in wok or deep frying pan

Stir fry chicken until pink is gone, remove from pan
7
Add second tbsp oil and stir fry all remaining veggies for 5-7 min

Return chicken to pan with veggies, add soy sauce and heat through
