Combine eggs, chopped onion, garlic, worcestershire, chipotle peppers (chopped fine), Lawry's salt, Morton's Nature's seasoning, ground pepper, ground cumin, and fresh bread crumbs in an extra large mixing bowl. Add ground turkey and lightly mix with a fork (do not overmix, or the burgers will be tough).
Make 12 burgers. Heat a large skillet with a little oil (I use a square skillet and cook 4 burgers at a time) and cook 4 burgers about 3-4 min per side (don't overcook or they will be dry). Continue adding a little oil to your skillet, as needed, for each batch of burgers.
Feel free to adjust the amount of chipotle peppers for your taste. These would also be good with minced bell peppers (any color). Add low fat cheese, if desired, to your thin sandwich roll (100 cal each).
