Chocolate Banana Smoothie

1/2		frozen banana
1  cup		skim or lowfat milk
1  cup		teas vanilla
1  tablespoon		powdered chocolate
1		powdered egg white

use a blender, otherwise egg powder does not mix, but clumps and add it last otherwise you will have a mess on the bottom of the blender.

put in banana
Add in 8oz of milk (nonfat or 1% if a meal replacement)
Add in a pinch of salt, vanilla, and any additional spices: nutmeg, cinamon, or sugar free DaVinci Syrup (taste good here, folks).
Then add your powdered chocolate and egg white powder.
You can also add in whey power as an additional suppliment, if so, be sure to add the calories.
Blend on high until smooth. Sweeten with whatever sweetner you wish to use: if sugar add in the calories.
