Directions:

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
3.Sift dry ingredients together and add 1 cup at a time to wet mixture.

Add chocolate, cherries and coconut and mix together.

Scoop out 1/8c (2Tbsp) balls of dough on parchment lined cookie sheet and press down a bit.

Bake in PH 350 oven for 11-12 minutes.

Let sit on cookie sheet for a couple minutes after to set (they're chewy and soft!) then cool on racks.

If you are dilligent in making each ball of dough exactly 1/8cup, you will have exactly 3 dozen cookies!
