Preheat oven to 350. Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set Aside. Cream the sugar, oil and eggs at medium speed for 10 minutes. Slowly incorporate the dry ingredients scraping the sides of the bowl with a spatula. Add in the chocolate chips and the zucchini. Divide the batter evenly among the greased and floured loaf pans. Bake until completely set (about 1 hour, depending on the oven.) makes 12 mini loaves or 3 bread loaves. Serving size is 1/144 of recipe (12 mini loaves of 12 slices each)
