Directions:

Cook 2 chicken breasts in boiling water.

Pour 1 and 1/2 cup water into a pot. Cook 1/2 cup rice until tender and set aside.

Pour chicken, chicken stock, water, parsley, rosemary, black pepper, carrots and celery in stock pot. Bring to boil and turn down heat to simmer. Simmer for 45 minutes

Add cooked rice and simmer for additional 15 minutes.

Serve into bowls and ENJOY!
