Directions:  
Trim sprouts, cut X on bottom, and boil for 20 minutes until tender. Remove from cooking water. Heat oil in frying pan over medium-high heat. Sauté sprouts and garlic for about five minutes. Add apple cider, turn the heat up to high, and cook while stirring until liquid reduces by half.
