Ingredients:  Makes 24 servings (24 pieces)
1  cup
2  tablespoons
2-1/2  tablespoons
1  teaspoon
3/4  cup
1/2  cup
1-1/2  teaspoons
2-1/2  teaspoons
4  teaspoons

Pre-heat oven to 350.

With hand or stand mixer, cream together the butter, yogurt, heavy cream, and sweetener. Add eggs. Mix until smooth.

Add dry ingredients and mix until thoroughly compiled. Coconut flour is very hygroscopic so it will absorb all the liquid. Keep mixing until it’s a typical cookie dough consistency.

Mix the dusting ingredients in a shallow bowl. Roll 1 tablespoon of dough in a ball and then roll it around in the cinnamon-sugar dust.

Place on cookie sheet and press down with a spoon. (The dough does not spread very much.)

Bake for 15 minutes, turning the cookie sheet at 7 minutes. You may not have to. My oven has hot spots.

Remove immediately, and let cool.
