Start oven at 80c.

Put warm water and milk in a bowl, then oil, yeast and egg (the egg has to be at room temperature).

Stir, and add sugar, whole wheat flour and wheat germ. Stir until sticky.

Use flour to roll out the dough.

Bake at 220c

Fill with cinnamon, sugar, apple, dates or just anything you like in youre buns.
